1. Who We Are
GT Infrastructure Group LLC ("GTIG", "we", "us", "our") is a New Mexico limited liability company providing fiber optic, low-voltage, and telecommunications infrastructure services. Our principal place of business is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #7188, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you submit any form on this website (career application, subcontractor application, quote request, contact message, capability statement request). This may include:
- Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and county
- Company name, EIN, insurance information (subcontractors)
- Resume, identification documents, certifications (career applicants who choose to upload)
- Communication consent record (timestamp, IP address, browser, timezone, optional GPS coordinates)
- Project details, signed NDA documents (subcontractors)
We also automatically collect technical information when you visit: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, IP address, approximate geolocation (city/region from IP), referrer URL, and pages visited.
2a. Automatic Data Collection on Form Submissions
On all form submissions (career application, subcontractor application, quote request, contact message, capability statement request, NDA signature), we automatically capture:
- Coordinates: Browser geolocation coordinates (latitude, longitude, accuracy) — only if your browser grants permission and your device supports it
- Geolocation Status: Whether location was granted, denied, unavailable, or unsupported
- IP-Based Geolocation: City, region, country, timezone, and ISP derived from your IP address (captured server-side, always)
- Timestamp: Precise date and time of submission
- IP Address: Your network IP address for audit trail and security purposes
- Device & Browser Fingerprint: User agent, screen resolution, viewport size, timezone offset, language, vendor, cookie settings, pixel ratio, color depth
- Page Context: Source URL, referrer, UTM parameters (if present)
Your Control: You can prevent browser coordinate capture by disabling location services in your browser settings or on your device. However, submission is never blocked due to location unavailability. We will always capture IP-based geolocation server-side for audit trail, compliance, and security purposes, regardless of your location permission choice.
By submitting any form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Terms of Service section 3a and consent to this automatic data collection practice.
