By accessing or using www.gtigllc.com (the "Site"), submitting any form on this Site, or otherwise interacting with content provided by GT Infrastructure Group LLC ("GTIG", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the Site

3. Form Submissions and Workforce Roster

Submission of a career application, subcontractor application, quote request, contact message, or capability statement request does not constitute an offer, employment, contract for services, or any guarantee of work, training, placement, or response. GTIG and GTIG Academy maintain an active candidate and subcontractor roster, and matters submitted are reviewed at our discretion when project requirements align with submitted qualifications.

3a. Automatic Data Collection & Geolocation

All form submissions on this Site automatically collect the following data:

• Coordinates: Browser geolocation (latitude, longitude, accuracy) — only if your browser grants permission
• Geolocation: City, region, country, timezone, and ISP derived from your IP address (always captured server-side)
• Timestamp: Date and time of submission
• IP Address: Your network IP address
• Device & Browser Information: User agent, screen resolution, timezone, language, and other technical fingerprint data

Your Control & Rights: You can prevent browser coordinate capture by disabling location services in your browser or device settings. However, submission of forms is never blocked due to geolocation unavailability. IP-based geolocation and timestamp are always captured server-side for audit trail, compliance, and security purposes, regardless of your location permission choice.

By submitting any form on this Site, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy section 2a and expressly consent to this automatic data collection practice.

You represent that all information you submit through any form on the Site is truthful, complete, and accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications, certifications, insurance coverage, identification, or other facts may disqualify you from current or future consideration and may be reported to applicable licensing or regulatory authorities.

6. Document Uploads

When you upload documents (resume, identification, insurance certificates, certifications, signed NDA, etc.), you represent that you have the right to share those documents with GTIG and that they do not contain malicious code or infringing content. Uploaded documents are stored securely and accessible only to authorized GTIG personnel.

7. Non-Disclosure Agreements

Subcontractor applicants are required to review and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of the application process. The NDA is a separate binding legal document. By signing the NDA you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to its terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the GTIG name, logos, capability statement content, branding, photography, and code — is owned by GT Infrastructure Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". GTIG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTIG and its officers, members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or submission of any information through it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTIG and its representatives from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
